Fair questions.
Will it actually look like us?
Yes. That is the whole job. We build a reference from your photos and every picture is checked against your real faces before it reaches you. If a picture does not look like you, tell us and we redo it free.
How many photos do we need to send?
One is enough, as long as both of you are in it with faces clearly visible. We recommend at least three, from any days, because we pick the sharpest face for each of you across them. It takes about a minute.
How long does it take?
About two hours from when you pick your themes, which you do right after paying. Your gallery link fills in as we work, so you can watch the pictures appear. If we take longer than 24 hours you get a full refund, no questions.
What if we do not like some pictures?
You get one free redo on the whole order. Pick up to ten pictures you want changed, tell us what was wrong, and we make them again.
Who else can see our photos?
Nobody. Your gallery link is private and unguessable. We delete everything, your uploads and your pictures, 30 days after delivery. We never use your photos to train anything or to advertise unless you separately say yes.
Can we post these on Instagram?
Yes, and we make that easy. Pick your favourites and we lay them out as a square for the feed, a tall one for stories, or a strip like an old photo booth.
Can we send these on WhatsApp?
Yes. From your gallery, the WhatsApp icon on a picture opens the phone share list with that photo attached. Share also makes a days-to-go story or a save the date. Pick WhatsApp in the list. A chat link is not the picture.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. The price you see includes GST at 18%, and your tax invoice is emailed to you the moment your payment goes through. You can download it again any time from your gallery page.
Can we print these?
Yes. Every picture downloads at high resolution, good for prints and for your wedding invite.
