Who we are

Prewedding Studio is a service operated by Turtle Techsai, a sole proprietorship registered in India. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that means Turtle Techsai.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email. The state you live in, which we need to raise your GST invoice correctly. The photographs you and your partner upload. The pictures we create. How you found us.

Why

The photographs are used for one purpose: making your pictures. They are not used for anything else.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find us and where they get stuck, so we can fix the parts of the ordering flow that do not work. It records which pages were visited and which steps were completed, and it sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit.

What it never receives: your name, your number, your email, your photographs, your pictures, or the private link to your gallery. We do not send Google anything that identifies you, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to advertise to you elsewhere.

You can opt out for every site with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site. Nothing about the service stops working if you do.

Advertising measurement

When you arrive from an advertisement, we tell the advertising platform that a purchase happened so we know which advertisements are worth paying for. That report contains the amount and the package, and a scrambled one-way code made from your email and phone number, which lets the platform recognise a customer it already has without either of us sharing the actual details. We never send your name, your photographs, your pictures or your gallery link.

Session recordings

We record how people move through the ordering pages, so we can find the steps where people get stuck and fix them. Everything you type is masked before it is recorded, so no name, number, email or address is ever captured, and recording is switched off completely on your gallery page.

What we never do

- We never use your photographs to train any AI model. - We never use them in advertising unless you separately and explicitly agree, which is a different checkbox asked at delivery and carries no penalty for declining. - We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Tax invoices are the one thing we cannot delete on request. Indian tax law requires us to keep them, so an erasure request removes your photographs and your pictures while the invoice stays.

We keep records longer than images on purpose. If someone complains months later that their photographs were used without permission, we must be able to show what consent existed. Deleting that evidence with the images would leave us unable to answer.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the grievance officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
