Cancelling your order

You can cancel any time before we start making your pictures, and we refund the full amount. Write to prewedding.studio@turtletechsai.com with your order details and we will confirm.

Once we have started making them we cannot cancel, because the pictures are already being generated. The late delivery refund below still applies if we do not deliver on time.

One free redo

Every order includes one free redo. Pick up to ten pictures you are unhappy with, tell us what was wrong, and we make them again at no cost.

When your pictures arrive

This is a digital service. Nothing is posted to you. Your pictures are delivered to the email address you gave us, as a private gallery link, normally within about two hours of us having all the photos we need and your choice of themes.

If we are late

You choose your themes after paying. If you have not chosen within 2 hours, we choose our most loved themes for you and start, so your order is never held up.

If we have not delivered within 24 hours of having your photos and your themes, you get a full refund. You do not have to ask.

After you download

Once you have downloaded the zip we cannot offer a cash refund. You still have your free redo if you have not used it.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the method you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
