Prewedding Studio is a service operated by Turtle Techsai, a sole proprietorship registered in India. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that means Turtle Techsai.

What you are buying

AI generated pictures of you and your partner, based on photographs you provide. They are made by a computer. They are not photographs of events that happened.

Prices and GST

Every price on this site includes GST at 18%. Nothing is added at payment: the amount shown is the amount charged.

A tax invoice is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through, and stays available from your gallery page. Your invoice shows CGST and SGST if you are in Chhattisgarh, and IGST if you are anywhere else in India. We ask for your state during checkout for this reason only.

Your warranty of consent

By placing an order you warrant that:

- Every photograph you upload is of you and your partner. - Both of you are 18 years of age or older. - Both of you have agreed to AI images being created from those photographs. - You have the legal right to provide those photographs to us.

You accept this warranty by a separate, explicit checkbox at checkout. It is recorded with a timestamp and your IP address.

Verification we carry out

- Your phone number is verified by one-time code before payment. - Uploaded photographs are checked for age, for content, and for consistency.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this service to create images of:

- Any public figure, celebrity, politician, or well known person, whether or not you have their photographs. - Anyone who has not agreed, including a partner who does not know about the order. - Anyone under 18. - Anyone whose photographs you obtained without permission.

Breaching this ends your order without refund, and we may report it.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from photographs you uploaded without the right to do so.

Labelling of AI content

Every image we deliver carries embedded provenance metadata declaring it as synthetically generated information, and every image is AI generated. That metadata is part of the file and cannot be removed from your order.

Retention

- Your uploaded photographs and your finished pictures are deleted 30 days after delivery. - Records of the order, payment, consent and verification are kept for at least 180 days, as we are required to be able to show that consent existed.

Grievance process

Write to prewedding.studio@turtletechsai.com or use the grievance page. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

Complaints about non-consensual or intimate content are treated differently. They take the gallery offline immediately, before any assessment, and are reviewed within 3 hours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhilai have exclusive jurisdiction.
